MOVING WIDE AWAKE is a mixed media fitness and movement awareness class that integrates Bartenieff Fundamentals, Feldenkrais principles of non-habitual movement, Body-Mind Centering, core-supported yoga, Pilates mat work and Big Ball stability training.
Private sessions and classes help clients to develop a fuller range of movement possibility, including:
