		<description><![CDATA[I like the visual of sitting in meditation and your mind leaves as your body is still there. It resonates with some things I am working through lately. Although, sometimes when I am writing and I get into a zone I have this floating feeling that I cannot define. As if my hands are not my own - but being borrowed by some wild writing dog that I cannot manage, tame or settle.]]></description>
