I don’t know if you ever get to the point where you can take the blow and then just put it aside at that moment and focus on the good outcome. I know I’m still learning how to do this and I see some encouraging signs that I am progressing.

Just be kind to yourself in the process.

I have a daughter who was born in Inner Mongolia. She is five now and I want to give her the gift of living with horses, something that runs through her veins for throusands of years. This summer I am taking her for riding lessons.
